Our website
We want bowieball.com to work for everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is built to support screen readers, keyboard navigation, readable contrast, text resizing and reduced motion. We keep testing and improving it.
Some content comes from other services, like embedded SoundCloud players and ticketing pages, and we can’t fully control how accessible they are.
Our parties
Accessibility at each party depends on the venue. Once the 80th’s venue is announced, we’ll post details here about entry, restrooms and seating.
- Accommodations: email us at least two weeks before the party if you can, and we’ll work with the venue to help. Requests closer to the date are welcome too.
- Service animals are welcome.
- Companions and personal care attendants: let us know if you’re bringing someone to assist you.
- Sensory notice: parties include loud music, strobe and flashing lights, haze or fog, and crowds.
